  1. Scope

These terms and conditions and customer information apply to all contracts that you complete through the website and in the online shop www.annasmil.de.

 

  1. Delivery / Prices / Shipping and Returns

We deliver only within the EU, but not to packing stations. Delivery in Germany takes place within 2-4 working days from receipt of the order, unless a different delivery time is stated in the item description.

 

Abroad deliveries are made according to the respective local delivery times. See “Eu delivery times and tarifzones” in the footage.

 

Please note that the delivery by our shipping partner DHL may be delayed by 1 to 2 working days in exceptional cases. We have no influence on that.

 

If the recipient is not found and the "anna smil - greeting" can not be given to a suitable third party, we will inform the customer accordingly. The costs of a re-delivery ordered by the customer shall be borne by the customer.

 

"Anna smil - Greetings" abroad are VAT-free within the EU only for commercial recipients. The prerequisite for being able to write the VAT identification number (UStIDNr.) On the invoice is UStIDNr. to be registered immediately upon the first registration of the commercial recipient. Only after the release of the registration of the administrator of the shop, the trade can deliver the VAT-free order.

 

The delivery of the parcel abroad takes place during normal business hours.

Customers from Germany can return the goods after cancellation without charge. To do this, contact our service team by e-mail (info@annasmil.de) or by phone at +49 (0) 911 9992 6358. The DHL return label will be prepared by our service team and sent to you by e-mail.

 

In order to track your shipment, your e-mail contact details will be forwarded to DHL Germany. DHL Deutschsland uses your e-mail address exclusively for tracking.

 

 

 

 

  1. Conclusion of contract / contract language / correction of input errors

The presentation of the articles does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to you to make us a binding offer. You have your right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

We do not bear the return costs of goods sent outside of Germany.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not exist in accordance with § 312g paragraph 2 BGB in the following contracts:
